Well, lets see. Tiger is the most decorated goler of this era. Not only was he a great player but he also transended the game of golf. He not only uplifted the black community in the game of golf but he also uplifted the world in golf. You have to take in to consideration that Tiger came into a sport that most blacks do not play nor follow, so in other words Tiger to me is the best ever to play the game because he did more for the sport then those greats before him. Tiger in his dominance also brought money to the game with big endorsements that now you see all these companies are benefiting from, i.e. Nike, Puma, Adidas, banking companies, and car companies such as Lexus and others. Golf has always been a lucrative sport with players making millions of dollars but with Tiger playing not only has tournaments solid out, TV rating gone up, Tiger literally put the golf world on his back with giving golf more then what they expected. Tiger has won more tournaments then the greats such as Sam Snead, Jack Nicklaus, and the late great Arnold Palmer by winning more in a shorter period off time; Tiger has been worlds number one for over 600 weeks, translation 13 years with 79 tour wins and 14 major wins winning them all three times or more. Over the last 4 years we have had worlds number one change four times, Jordan Spieth, Jason Day, Rory Mcllroy and now Dustin Johnson-my favorite player. Woods has never missed a golf cut for 7 years straight(amazing). Tiger is only four wins behind Sam Sneed 82 wins to be the all-time PGA winner only Jack has more major wins then Tiger. So how can you not say he is the most decorated golfer of all-time, he is the MJ to the golf world hands down. We will never see another golfer do what Tiger has done in the fashion that Tiger has done it in. In my humble opinion, Tiger is a golf god with the resume that proves it. Golf is where it is today because of Tiger and this coming from someone that is not a fan of Tiger but I respect what he has done for the game of golf, a lot!!

From going to Q school, sponsorships, and the web tour which is the farm system to golf where some still make half million etc...
