There appears to be an intense hate for The Dallas Cowboys in the Sports World. I mean, fans log into their Social Media Accounts during the NFL Season to talk about The Dallas Cowboys. It’s strange as these fans spend more time discussing Cowboy Nation than they do their own teams. Yes, The Cowboys haven’t been great in 20 years (we did have several good/solid seasons) but as fans, we continue to support and believe. So why so much hate? You can just ignore us. Since you can’t, let’s look at some facts:
1. The Cowboys are the only franchise with 20 consecutive winning seasons (1966-1985)
2. The Cowboys have the longest streak of stadium sellouts at 190 straight.
3. The Cowboys franchise according to Forbes is worth 4 billion dollars. This is the most of any franchise in ANY sport.
4. The Cowboys have 8 Super Bowl Appearances and 5 Super Bowl victories.
5. Several years ago The Cowboys franchise generated over 600 million dollars in one year, no other team has come close.
In conclusion, we are called “America’s Team” and fans are irritated by this notion but as Jay-Z said “Men lie, numbers don’t”. The reality is the Cowboys, Steelers and Patriots sit on the Mt. Rushmore of NFL Franchises. The rest of you guys can argue about the 4th slot on the mountain. Go ahead and hate, my STAR shines bright with DAK and ZEKE. My question is, why do you really hate The Cowboy’s so much? :)
